C-Level EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

  • Assist CEO to manage and achieve the target at most potential way
  • Proactive focus on support, ability to understand and anticipate the needs of the executives
  • Maintain and locate path of routes and keep on smooth run of Business vehicle
  • Conducting corporate research, providing solutions/opinions on business issues
  • Organize, optimize, and simplify executive's life using creative thinking’s.
  • Command a highly-detailed and complex calendar of meeting itineraries, conference calls, travel logistics, company schedules and events.
  • Create reports and presentations that intrigue and inform.
  • Ensure accuracy and handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Prepares letters, personal correspondence, statistical reports, etc. and answers and rolls phone calls.
  • Reads and analyzes incoming correspondence, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plans their distribution.
  • Support other members of executive management, as time permits

Requirements

  • MBA required.
  • 3+ years C-level executive assistant experience in a corporate environment
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to utilize new technology
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Develops partnership with big box retailers, as well as continues expansion among existing clients.
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results; driving peak performance and sales success.
  • Collaborates with sales and marketing to create innovative tactics for retail partners.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Conducts analysis on marketing programs ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Becomes the product expert for Sales and Retailer needs
  • Assists in development and execution of marketing tactics including product launch, athlete event marketing and social media campaigns
Requirements
  • 5+ years sales with proven track record in Consumer Electronics sales, business development and winning new business.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
  • Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate a working knowledge of the operational attention to details.
  • BS degree, marketing or business administration preferred.
  • Extensive experience working with big box retailers including Wal-Mart, Amazon, BestBuy, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, QVC/HSN and others
  • Experience with consumer electronics and ability to troubleshoot problems

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Opportunity Snapshot
This position offers you the opportunity to play a key role in our company's growth. Working with a variety of industries, you will represent a diverse and established product line of consumer electronics. Our product line is highly technical and, in addition to outstanding sales and people skills, you'll need to bring a certain degree of technical savvy.

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a proven track record in achieving sales goals and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage the sales process, including targeting potential customers, building relationships, developing proposals, and closing deals. Experience managing independent representatives and/or distributors is strongly preferred. We are looking for a professional with a solid reputation among customers, employers, and other contacts, for integrity and professionalism. In addition, you'll need the ability to manage your time and workload while traveling.

ACCOUNTANT

Opportunity Snapshot
You will play a crucial role in our organization as you carry out all of our bookkeeping operations. Your mission will be to keep our finances well controlled by maintaining our books and records, and supplying key information to the President.

Our Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 
  • 3+ years recent accounting/bookkeeping experience. 
  • Familiarity with accounting software, is a plus. 
  • Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to work effectively with a minimum of supervision. 
  • Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality. 
  • Professional demeanor and positive, upbeat attitude. 

More About Your Role
Our accounting and bookkeeping systems are in place and running smoothly, although we're always open to your suggestions to improve processes. Once you have learned the various functions, we'll look to you to establish your own routines for achieving your goals. Your activities will include:
  • Managing all aspects of bookkeeping. 
  • Ensuring all receivers, purchase orders and invoices are entered into the system and are paid. 
  • Working with vendors to receive and maintain favorable credit terms. 
  • Printing open sales reports, and ensuring open orders are shipped, closed, invoiced and collected. 
  • Maintaining correct inventory on the books and coordinating the monthly inventory count. 
  • Performing general office duties such as filing, records storing, faxing, purchasing accounting supplies and answering phones. 
  • Closing the month, including bank account reconciliation. 
  • Presenting monthly and quarterly financial statements that include ratios and trends. 
  • Working with the company's departments to create and track budget variances. 


ACCOUNT MANAGER

More About Your Role
You'll manage an already established account base and client file. Each day, after checking your voicemail and email messages, you'll be making outbound calls and following up on your customer base. In addition to pursuing outstanding quotes, forging new business relationships, and soliciting referrals, you'll perform your own order entry and will also handle inbound calls as needed.

  • Product expertise -- it is essential for you to develop a mastery of our products and provide knowledgeable recommendations for your customers so that you become their "go-to" source. It is essential that you are as passionate about our brands and products as we are 
  • Outstanding phone skills -- creativity and an understanding of voice tone will help you stand out in your customers' busy schedules and compel them to return your calls. 
  • Accountability -- with effective organization and time management abilities, you'll take ownership of your territory, work well independently, and be willing to try new approaches for improved results.
