If you submitted a request for support, please be sure to read through the list of common issues found in our FAQs section, as they may provide quicker solutions to the issues you may be facing. We address concerns in the order they are received, generally within 2-3 business days. If you do not receive a response within 2-3 days, please double check your Spam/Junk Mail folders.

If you submitted a request for a label for recycling, you should receive an e-mail within 48 hours with a link to print out a UPS label. If you did not provide an e-mail, expect a label in the mail with 1-2 weeks.
